Non-woven drawstring bag, made to order

Drawstring bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Zips are stitched through a tape that is wider than the teeth, so the seam does not pucker and the pull runs without catching at the curve.

Material and construction

Non-woven is spun-bond polypropylene: fibres laid down and bonded rather than woven. It is lighter and cheaper than woven cloth, it does not fray when cut, and the seams can be heat sealed instead of stitched.

Print sits on the surface rather than in a weave, so solid colour blocks and bold logos reproduce best. A laminated version adds a wipe-clean face and a gloss finish.

Edges are folded and stitched rather than cut raw, and the base is reinforced where the load sits, which is the difference between a bag that lasts a season and one that lasts a year.

Printing and branding

The print method follows the fibre, not the other way round: some marks that hold on canvas will not survive on a coated film, and some films take colour that cloth cannot. Screen print handles the solid block, heat transfer the fine line, embroidery the label; a woven side tag can go in at the same time.

Screens are kept on file after the first run, so a repeat order prints from the same plate and the second delivery matches the first. Artwork is best sent as vector; where only a photograph exists we redraw the mark and return it for approval.

Size, colour and small changes

Sizes are made to your dimensions rather than picked from a list. If you have the object the bag has to hold, send its measurements and we will work out the allowance; if you have a drawing already, we cut to it. Where the bag is a repeat, we keep the pattern and the screen on file so the second run matches the first.

Fabric colour, print colour, thread colour and hardware finish are specified separately, which is what makes a repeat order repeatable. Each change is priced before it is made, not after, so the quotation you approve is the one that is invoiced.

Packing, checks and shipping

Checks run at three points: on the cut panels, on the assembled bag, and on the packed carton. The reference is the sample you approved, so anything that drifts is caught before it is boxed. The order sheet records the fibre, the colour references and the print position, so a repeat enquiry can be quoted from it directly.

Goods ship from Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen, by sea, air or rail depending on the date you need them, and we quote the options rather than assume one. Where a launch date is fixed, we work back from it to the booking date and confirm both in writing.

A1: Yes. On non-woven polypropylene we normally use screen printing, which holds thin lines and small type well. Send vector artwork where you have it; where you only have a photo, we redraw the mark and return it for approval.
