Nylon drawstring bag, made to order

Drawstring bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference BK-PL00002. Stress points are bar-tacked or cross-stitched where a handle meets the body, and every seam is finished inside so the bag does not shed fibre onto its contents.

Material and construction

Nylon is the tougher of the light synthetic weaves: more abrasion resistant than polyester at the same weight, and it folds down smaller.

It takes screen print and heat transfer cleanly, and a matte or ripstop version can be specified where the bag has to survive rough handling.

Binding runs the full length of every inside seam, and the base is a separate panel rather than a folded continuation of the front, which is what keeps a full bag square.

Printing and branding

Branding here is a decision about surface as much as artwork: a solid block, a fine line or a stitched label each reads differently on the same bag. Where the artwork has shading we move to heat transfer or digital print; where it should feel raised, to embroidery.

Placement is usually centred on the front face. The print position, the size in millimetres and the colour reference are confirmed in writing before production, and a mockup of the artwork on the actual shape is sent for approval. Any change after approval is re-sampled rather than absorbed into the run, so what is signed off is what is delivered.

Size, colour and small changes

Sizes are made to your dimensions rather than picked from a list. If you have the object the bag has to hold, send its measurements and we will work out the allowance; if you have a drawing already, we cut to it. Carton dimensions are agreed with the order, because the packed size decides the freight cost.

Handle type and drop, lining, inner pockets and labelling are all open to change, and each is priced before it is made rather than after. Hardware, lining and thread are chosen against a physical swatch rather than a screen, which removes most of the surprises.

Packing, checks and shipping

A pre-production sample is signed off before bulk starts, and that sample stays on the floor as the reference for every carton in the run. Cartons can be plain or printed with your own marks, and inner packing can be a poly bag, a tissue wrap or nothing at all.

Goods ship from Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen, by sea, air or rail depending on the date you need them, and we quote the options rather than assume one. Transit options and documents are confirmed with the order, and the packing list is issued before the container is loaded.

A1: Yes, printing is done in house on nylon using screen printing or heat transfer. We ask for vector artwork, but a clean photograph is enough to start, and you see the placement on a proof before production.

A2: It is made from nylon. The fabric is chosen for the way the backpack has to hold its shape in daily use, and seams are bound or double-stitched at the points that take the load.

Q3: Can we change the size, colour or add a pocket?

A3: Yes, the pattern is ours, so size, colour and small fittings can all be changed. Send a sketch or a sample you like and we quote the change before cutting anything.

Q4: What happens if something is wrong with the order?

A4: Every carton is checked against the approved sample before dispatch. If a run does not match what was signed off, we remake or credit it rather than ask you to absorb the difference.
