Rpet tote bag, made to order

Tote bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference SP-rpet0003. Panels are cut on the grain and matched before sewing, so the weave runs the same way across the front, the gusset and the base instead of twisting at the corner.

Material and construction

RPET is polyester spun from recycled bottle flake. It behaves like ordinary polyester in the bag, but the fibre carries a recycled content statement from the mill, which is what most buyers need for their own reporting.

The surface accepts sublimation print as well as screen print, so full-colour panels are possible without extra plates.

Binding runs the full length of every inside seam, and the base is a separate panel rather than a folded continuation of the front, which is what keeps a full bag square.

Printing and branding

Most of these bags leave the floor with a one or two colour screen print, because it reads at arm's length and costs least to set up. Where the artwork has shading we move to heat transfer or digital print; where it should feel raised, to embroidery.

We print to a Pantone reference rather than to what a monitor shows, and we send a digital mockup on the bag shape so the size can be judged before tooling. Artwork is best sent as vector; where only a photograph exists we redraw the mark and return it for approval.

Size, colour and small changes

The bag is cut to your measurements, so a size that is not on any list is not a problem. Send the packed object's dimensions and we will add the seam and closure allowance. Carton dimensions are agreed with the order, because the packed size decides the freight cost.

Colour can be matched to a Pantone chip, to a fabric swatch or to a previous order, and small changes such as a longer handle, an inner pocket, a zip pull or a lining are part of the same conversation. Anything that alters the pattern is quoted as a variation on this shape rather than as a new product.

Packing, checks and shipping

Checks run at three points: on the cut panels, on the assembled bag, and on the packed carton. The reference is the sample you approved, so anything that drifts is caught before it is boxed. Documents are prepared from the same order sheet as the goods, so the invoice, the packing list and the carton marks agree.

Cartons are counted and marked before they leave the floor, and the packing list is sent ahead of dispatch so your warehouse knows what is arriving. Delivery is quoted to your port or door, and the incoterm is stated on the order rather than assumed.
