Rpet drawstring pouch, made to order

Drawstring pouch, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference DR-PL0002. Binding runs the full length of every inside seam, and the base is a separate panel rather than a folded continuation of the front, which is what keeps a full bag square.

Material and construction

RPET is polyester spun from recycled bottle flake. It behaves like ordinary polyester in the bag, but the fibre carries a recycled content statement from the mill, which is what most buyers need for their own reporting.

The surface accepts sublimation print as well as screen print, so full-colour panels are possible without extra plates.

Seams are double stitched, raw edges are enclosed, and hardware is set with a backing plate so it does not pull through under load.

Printing and branding

Screen printing is the default for a short colour count: one plate per colour, a crisp edge on woven cloth, and a print that follows the surface rather than sitting on top of it. Screen print handles the solid block, heat transfer the fine line, embroidery the label; a woven side tag can go in at the same time.

Screens are kept on file after the first run, so a repeat order prints from the same plate and the second delivery matches the first. Tolerances are plus or minus three millimetres on a sewn bag, which is what a handmade line has always held and what your own inspection should expect.

Size, colour and small changes

Dimensions, colour and construction are the three variables we work with, and none of them has to match a catalogue. Small quantities are made on the same line as large ones, so a trial order is not a different product.

Fabric colour, print colour, thread colour and hardware finish are specified separately, which is what makes a repeat order repeatable. Anything that alters the pattern is quoted as a variation on this shape rather than as a new product.

Packing, checks and shipping

Inspection is done against the signed sample, with the print position measured and the colour checked under a light box. Quotations are built line by line, so the cost of the bag, the print and the packing can each be read on its own.

Bags are counted into export cartons with an inner poly bag for sea freight, and the carton marks are agreed before packing. Transit options and documents are confirmed with the order, and the packing list is issued before the container is loaded.

A1: Yes. On recycled RPET fabric we normally use screen printing or heat transfer, which holds thin lines and small type well. Send vector artwork where you have it; where you only have a photo, we redraw the mark and return it for approval.

A4: A printed sample usually takes three to seven working days after artwork approval, and it ships by courier with tracking. The sample cost is credited against the production run.
