Ribbon closure, label decoration

Two things separate this pouch from a plain drawstring bag: the cord is satin ribbon rather than cotton, and the logo sits on a stitched label patch instead of being printed straight onto the cloth. Together they read as a retail product rather than a giveaway. Reference DR-CT0047.

The ribbon ties in a proper bow and stays tied, which matters for a pouch that is opened and closed repeatedly at a counter or in a gift box.

Why a label instead of a print

Cotton-linen has a visible slub, so fine print detail can break up across the weave. A woven or printed label patch carries small type and thin letterforms cleanly, and it is the usual choice when the logo has a fine serif or a line of small text underneath.

The patch is stitched on all four sides, so no raw edge lifts after washing or handling. It can be renamed in size, shape and thread colour; rectangular and small square formats are the common briefs.

Printing and sizes

Where the artwork is simple, direct screen print on the bag is cheaper and still crisp. Many programmes use both: print on the bag, label on the front.

Sizes are cut to your drawing. Common ones run 10x15 cm, 15x20 cm and 20x25 cm.

Q1: Is the ribbon real satin?

A1: Double-face polyester satin as standard, which holds a bow and does not crush. Silk satin is available on request.

Q2: Can the label be woven rather than printed?

A2: Yes. Woven labels give the sharpest small detail; printed patches suit full-colour artwork and gradients.

Q3: Can I have print on the bag as well?

A3: Yes, and it is the usual combination. Print on the body plus a label on the front is quoted as one decoration package.

Q4: What is the minimum order?

A4: 100 pcs per colour and print. Samples take 3-7 working days.
