Cooler bag, made to your specification rather than pulled from a stock list. The body is cut and sewn in our own workshop in Cangnan, so the pattern carries your dimensions, your colour and your closure instead of a catalogue default. Reference LC-CT0006. Binding runs the full length of every inside seam, and the base is a separate panel rather than a folded continuation of the front, which is what keeps a full bag square.

Material and construction

The shell is cotton canvas, a heavier plain weave with enough body that the bag stands on its own when it is set down. Weight runs from 8oz for a light tote up to 16oz where the bag has to carry tins, tools or bottles.

Canvas is normally screen printed or embroidered; both sit well on the heavier yarn and neither stiffens the fabric.

Edges are folded and stitched rather than cut raw, and the base is reinforced where the load sits, which is the difference between a bag that lasts a season and one that lasts a year.

Printing and branding

Screen printing is the default for a short colour count: one plate per colour, a crisp edge on woven cloth, and a print that follows the surface rather than sitting on top of it. Where the artwork has shading we move to heat transfer or digital print; where it should feel raised, to embroidery.

Screens are kept on file after the first run, so a repeat order prints from the same plate and the second delivery matches the first. Hardware is stocked in a small range of finishes, and a custom pull or plate can be tooled when the run justifies it.

Size, colour and small changes

Dimensions, colour and construction are the three variables we work with, and none of them has to match a catalogue. Small quantities are made on the same line as large ones, so a trial order is not a different product.

A taller body, a wider base, a shorter handle or a different closure is a pattern change rather than a new product, so it is quoted as a variation. Each change is priced before it is made, not after, so the quotation you approve is the one that is invoiced.

Packing, checks and shipping

Every order is inspected in line and again before packing, against the approved sample: print position, colour, stitch density, hardware function and measurement. Any change after approval is re-sampled rather than absorbed into the run, so what is signed off is what is delivered.

Shipping documents are prepared from the same order sheet as the goods, so the invoice, the packing list and the carton marks agree. Where a launch date is fixed, we work back from it to the booking date and confirm both in writing.

A4: Bags are counted, poly-bagged and cartoned with a packing list. They ship from Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen by sea, air or rail, and we quote the routes that fit your date rather than assuming one.
